Position Title: Head -Admissions (PGDM Programs)

Role Summary

The Head- Admissions will oversee and drive the complete admissions lifecycle for EDIIs suite of PGDM programs, namely PGDM-Entrepreneurship, PGDM-Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (IEV), and PGDM Online. The role entails strategic planning, marketing, outreach, and operational leadership to achieve enrollment objectives in alignment with EDIIs mission of fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. The incumbent will serve as a key institutional representative in external engagements and lead a dedicated team to ensure robust, ethical, and brand-consistent admission practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for student recruitment and admissions across PGDM-E, PGDM-IEV, and PGDM Online programs.
• Oversee the complete admissions process from enquiry management, application evaluation, counselling, to final enrolment, ensuring adherence to institutional guidelines and quality standards.

• Marketing & Outreach

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to enhance visibility and attract quality applicants.
• Build quarterly outreach and marketing plans with clear budgets and KPIs, reviewing performance against targets.

• Brand & Institutional Representation

• Represent EDII at national and regional forums, education fairs, seminars, and industry events to strengthen the institutions brand presence.
• Foster partnerships with feeder institutions, coaching centres and corporates to drive applicant pipelines.

• Digital Engagement & Lead Conversion

• Establish and supervise a robust digital outreach framework encompassing social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and online counselling.
• Oversee CRM and lead management systems to track enquiries, monitor conversions, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Collaboration & Coordination

• Liaise with academic and program heads to align admissions criteria, selection processes, and promotional narratives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain consistency in branding, communication, and service delivery.

• Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and motivate the admissions and tele-enquiry team to deliver on recruitment targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure periodic performance reviews, skill development, and accountability within the team.

• Collateral & Communication

• Oversee the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, program guides, and digital content in line with EDII’s positioning.
• Maintain up-to-date records of communication and lead status through institutional CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or educational marketing, preferably within MBA/PGDM or entrepreneurship programs.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics for campaign management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving team performance in a dynamic environment.
