Responsibilities 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Succession module in a lead role . Associate or Professional certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules:- Succession Management Career Development Planning and Mentoring . Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes. Knowledgeable of current HR policies and practices and able to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective. Ability to elicit and document business requirements. Design, implement, and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current processes and future state needs. Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document. Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes. Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes. Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation Train end-users on specific processes and applications Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests. Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance support Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features . Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise.
