Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Active Directory Management:
Designing, implementing, and managing Active Directory, including Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Certificate Services.
Windows Server Administration:
Maintaining and supporting Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments, both on-premises and in cloud infrastructures.
Virtualization:
Deploying and administering virtualized environments using technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
Cloud Infrastructure:
Managing cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring security and cost optimization.
Automation:
Developing scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.) to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual efforts.
System Security:
Implementing security best practices, managing patching and updates, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, performing root cause analysis, and providing 3rd line support.
Documentation:
Maintaining documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices for system administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Active Directory
.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
: is often a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
.
Experience with automation tools
: (Ansible, Terraform) is also desirable.
