If you have a passion for leveraging Data Science and Machine Learning technologies to drive AI-driven Marketing Campaigns, we are looking for a skilled Sr. & Lead Python Developer with over 6 years of experience in this field to join our team. Qualifications & Skills: - A minimum of 6-12 years of Python Development Experience, with at least 4 years focused on data science and machine learning. - Proficiency with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Treasure Data, Epsilon, Tealium, Adobe, and Salesforce is considered advantageous. - Experience with AWS SageMaker is a plus. - Familiarity with Lang Chain, RAG for Generative AI, Integration tools, and frameworks like Postman, Swagger, and API Gateways. - Strong knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, and SOAP. - Ability to collaborate effectively within an agile team setup. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A 4-year degree in Computer Science or IT is required. Responsibilities: - Proficient in Python programming, utilizing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn for data manipulation, numerical operations, and data visualization. - Strong understanding of statistical concepts and modeling techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis. - Expertise in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to handle real-world data effectively. - Proficient in SQL for database management and querying relational databases. - Skilled in exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and relationships within datasets. - Hands-on experience with various machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. - Ability to evaluate models, optimize performance, and deploy machine learning solutions in production environments. This role may involve approximately 30% travel, and the preferred location is India, with Pune being the preferred choice.
