Job Title: Security & Vigilance Officer Location: Maharashtra Experience: 4 9 Years Salary: 7 – 10 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Security & Vigilance Officer to manage end-to-end security operations and vigilance activities at our industrial premises. The role involves strengthening physical and digital security, conducting vigilance checks, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of integrity and safety. Key Responsibilities Implement comprehensive security and vigilance strategies , covering plant, offices, and logistics. Conduct surprise checks, audits, and investigations to detect irregularities, pilferage, or non-compliance. Ensure safety and statutory compliance , conduct mandatory training programs , and lead hazard identification exercises . Oversee CCTV surveillance, perimeter security, GPS tracking, and visitor management systems for enhanced monitoring. Manage risk assessments, material flow control, and procurement of security infrastructure (fencing, monitoring tools). Coordinate with law enforcement, external agencies, and internal stakeholders for preventive and corrective actions. Promote a culture of vigilance, accountability, and safety among employees, drivers, and support staff. Key Skills Vigilance Audits & Investigations Industrial Security & Risk Assessment CCTV/Surveillance & Digital Monitoring Compliance & Safety Management Material Control & Loss Prevention Vendor & Agency Coordination GPS and Visitor Management Systems Qualifications Any Graduate (mandatory). Ex-Servicemen/Paramilitary personnel (BSF, CRPF, Army, Police, Head Constable, Havildar, or equivalent) preferred. 4–9 years of experience in industrial security and vigilance operations (Iron & Steel or heavy manufacturing preferred).
