As a Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer in the Technology Consulting team, you will be involved in various Guidewire engagements for our global customers. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively as a team member on technical aspects of Guidewire projects, interfacing with onsite coordinators, completing assigned tasks on time, and providing regular status reports to the lead. We are seeking candidates with a BE/BTech/MCA qualification and 1.5 to 3 years of industry experience. Key Requirements: - Demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and Integration - Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain - Familiarity with Personal Lines or Commercial Lines insurance products - Proficiency in Java 5, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT - Strong skills in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System - Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably within the Insurance domain - Understanding and application of software development best practices - Excellent business communication skills - Previous experience in client-facing roles Join EY in our mission to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, while fostering trust in the capital markets.
