Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive (GRE) located in Devikulam. The GRE will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring a pleasant guest experience, and performing receptionist duties. The GRE will also assist with sales efforts and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
