Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive at Blanket Hotel & Spa located in Devikulam. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting hotel services and amenities. The role also includes managing receptionist duties and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
