Job Description

Growth Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement scalable demand generation strategies across channels (email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, etc.)
Drive qualified leads, optimise conversion funnels, and reduce CAC

Content-Led Campaigns

Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-impact assets: case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and videos
Plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted outreach initiatives

Performance Marketing

Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry platforms
Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests to optimize results

Sales Alignment

Partner closely with sales and key account teams to understand buyer personas and enable outbound initiatives
Develop marketing collateral that supports sales enablement

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and lead-to-close ratios
Share regular performance insights and recommendations with leadership

Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in high-growth environments
Proven track record in demand generation, ABM, and campaign management
Strong grasp of marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with an eye for creative storytelling
