What We re Looking For: 2 4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or supply chain roles; startup or FMCG background preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel and manage on-ground operations hands-on. Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Passion for Indian spiritual and cultural traditions is a plus.
