Graphic Designer

About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing blog images, social media creatives, and editing graphics and photos to support marketing and branding efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, experience with Adobe Photoshop, and a passion for creating compelling visual content that grabs attention and delivers clear messaging. Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality images for blogs, banners, thumbnails, and infographics. Create eye-catching social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) based on brand guidelines and content calendar. Perform photo editing, color correction, retouching, and background removal as needed. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand visual requirements. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communications. Adapt and resize existing designs for various platforms and campaigns. Help with basic layout and design of marketing material like flyers, brochures, etc. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (must-have); knowledge of Illustrator, Canva, or Figma is a plus. Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, and typography. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly. A good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content formats.
