Job Overview:

Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Graphic Designer who’s familiar with design tools and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for freshers or junior designers to kickstart their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media creatives, banners, infographics, brochures, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create cohesive brand visuals.
• Understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Assist in conceptualizing and brainstorming new design ideas and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of branding across all platforms and formats.

Must-Have Tools Knowledge:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Figma (Basic knowledge preferred)
• Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus

Key Skills:

• Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of typography, colors, and layout principles.
• Ability to take feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing design trends (social media, web, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Internship or freelance project experience will be an added advantage.
