About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, excellent visual storytelling abilities, and a passion for creating, visually compelling content aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including social media posts and creatives for ad run, print designs, website banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Develop visual concepts in line with the marketing and brand strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, social media, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images for various platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, fineArts or a relatable field.
• Minimum_ 2+ years_ of proven graphic designing experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Profieciency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, professional, design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Good Understanding of visual storytelling, typography and color theory.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and impliment changes quickly.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Preffered Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Canva and similar design tools.
• Experience in creating marketing collaterals for digital and print media.
