Job Description

As a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Designer, you ll turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality content and develop motion graphics, animations, and visual assets that elevate our employer brand- You ll also support graphic design needs across social, digital, and print channels to ensure brand consistency-
This role reports to the Global Content and Creative Lead for Employer Brand within the Talent Acquisition team, driving Sanofi s global hiring efforts-
Main responsibilities:
  • Design and produce visually compelling materials (brochures, posters, social media assets, event visuals, presentations) that align with employer branding and brand standards across print, digital, and social platforms-
  • Edit and enhance photo and video content, transforming raw assets into polished, high-quality visuals tailored for different channels, including social media, internal platforms, and career sites-
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enrich video storytelling and reinforce brand identity, using industry-standard and social-first tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and similar platforms-
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding, Creative, and Communications teams, contributing creative ideas and ensuring seamless integration of visual, design, and video elements across campaigns and initiatives-
  • Stay ahead of trends and technologies, exploring AI tools (e-g-, Midjourney, Runway) and new design approaches to keep content fresh, engaging, and competitive-
About you
  • You re a creative visual storyteller with solid experience combining video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design to bring brands to life ideally within employer branding, marketing, or communications-
  • You re skilled in creating engaging designs and dynamic videos that strengthen brand identity and resonate with diverse audiences across digital, social, and print platforms-
  • You have hands-on experience with photo editing, visual layouts, and adapting materials to different formats, maintaining consistency and high production value-
  • You re organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects, manage assets, and meet deadlines with ease-
  • You re curious about new technologies and innovation, with a demonstrated interest in digital trends, AI tools, and emerging creative platforms-
Experience:
Experienced Graphic designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your work in brand-focused design-
  • 4+ years of experience working as Graphic Designer in marketing or branding-
  • Experience working in employer branding is a plus
Soft and Technical skills
  • Experience as a Video Editor, Motion Designer, or Graphic Designer, ideally within Employer Branding, Marketing, or Communications-
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); CapCut and Figma knowledge is a strong plus-
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, motion graphics, branding, and content creation for social media, digital platforms, and print-
  • Fluent in English, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of video, motion, and graphic design work; experience with AI creative tools is a plus-
Education
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline-
Languages :
  • Fluent in English is a must-
  • Proficiency in French, Chinese or German is a plus-
