Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience: Minimum 1 year Salary: Based on current/previous CTC ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Design visual content for digital and print: brochures, social media, posters, banners, and brand collateral. • Collaborate with marketing and training teams to deliver on-brand, engaging graphics. • Prepare mock-ups, iterate based on feedback, and finalize designs. • Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and layouts across mediums. • Optimize files for different formats and ensure timely delivery. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. • 1+ year of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design. • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
