Graduate Engineering Trainee

We are searching for highly motivated and energetic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join our electrical manufacturing team. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training in various departments to enhance your technical skills and gain practical experience related to electrical product design, manufacturing, and process optimization. Your key responsibilities will include undergoing departmental training to comprehend manufacturing processes, machinery, and plant operations. You will learn industry safety standards, technical procedures, and quality protocols. Additionally, you will assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and producing electrical components and systems, as well as provide support in troubleshooting equipment and resolving production issues. Participating in the day-to-day activities of the shop floor will be essential, where you will monitor machine performance and report any deviations. You will also support quality control procedures and documentation, aid in the inspection and testing of materials and finished products, and be involved in process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement projects. Maintaining accurate reports of observations, test results, and training progress, as well as documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) when required, will be part of your reporting and documentation duties. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines, with a strong academic background and a good understanding of core engineering concepts. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, familiarity with CAD software (for Mechanical/Electrical roles), analytical thinking, and a problem-solving attitude. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are also required. This is a Full-time, Permanent, Fresher position with benefits that include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a Day shift, with availability for Day Shift preferred.
