Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in
monitoring and optimizing chemical processes
in production units.
Support
process design, simulation, and scale-up
activities.
Participate in
troubleshooting plant operations
under supervision.
Learn and apply
safety protocols, HAZOP, and risk assessments
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on
quality control and R&D trials
.
Document process parameters, deviations, and improvement suggestions.
Contribute to
energy conservation and cost-reduction initiatives
.
Attend technical training sessions and complete assigned projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Academic Performance:
Minimum 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Internship/Project Work:
Exposure to industrial training or academic projects in chemical / process industries is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts
