Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Auction Specialist located in Gurugram. The Gold Auction Specialist will be responsible for evaluating gold, silver, and diamond jewelry, assessing the value of these items, and conducting auctions. The role also involves liaising with customers to provide information about their valuables, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records of transactions and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating gold, silver, and diamond jewelry
• Skills in customer interaction and providing detailed information
• Transaction processing and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with market trends related to gold and other valuables
• Issue auction notices to customers and ensure proper communication is maintained
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
