Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer in the Talent & Organization team of Capability Network, you will play a crucial role in activating human potential to drive enterprise transformation. Your responsibilities will include creating intuitive learner experiences, designing and delivering effective training solutions, and overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. You will be required to develop high-quality graphics and media for various projects, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge design solutions. Collaboration with communications consultants and instructional designers will be essential for visualizing graphics and maintaining graphic standards throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects will be key in developing multimedia content for eLearning, marketing communication, and website design. Proficiency in content development tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Lectora will also be necessary for creating engaging instructional media. With 2-8 years of experience in the creative field of learning, media, advertising, and communications, you should possess a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. An understanding of e-learning standards and rapid authoring tools will be beneficial in this role.
