Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals to drive our sales and marketing eorts for

nutraceutical ingredients. Depending on the candidates experience and profile, we are

open to hiring for various positions including Senior Executive, Manager, Senior Manager,

General Managerfor Sales, Marketing, or a combined role also.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and

managing global client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our

carotenoids business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and/or marketing plans for our range of nutraceutical

ingredients, especially Marigold-derived Lutein.

Identify and manage international clients, distributors, and business development

opportunities in Korea, Japan, Europe, USA and rest of the world.

Collaborate with internal teams to support pricing, product documentation, sampling, and

logistics.

Stay updated on global nutraceutical trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and global industry forums.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology,

Chemistry, an MBA in Marketing or any suitable degree.

Experience: 510 years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing of carotenoids,

nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, or specialty chemicals.

Proven success in handling international markets and export procedures.

Strong technical understanding of nutraceutical applications in eye health and antioxidant

segments.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Compensation:

Remuneration will be in line with industry norms and is negotiable based on experience

and designation.
