Job Location- Noida Experience- 2 to 5 Years Role & Responsibilities:- To make 3D model and 2D drawings for new models & update drawings and get tools corrected for quality, process problems Coordination with vendor to Prototype making, Prototype validation and corrections. FMEA and Design review for new models. Tool design review and approval. Attend trial of new part at supplier end and giving approvals. Updating and making documents as per ISO 9001 / 14001 standards, Stage Gate process and Wind-chill adherence. Resolving design related quality issues observed during pilot lot. Release ECN for any drawing changes. Benchmarking of competition product/ best practices followed in industry. BOM making for new models. Value engineering through innovative designs / design changes Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in an R&D environment. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Experience with FEA tools is a plus. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.
