Role & responsibilities Execute and manage Clearance & Brokerage Operations, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Perform Brokerage Administration Services, including data entry, document handling, and record maintenance, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail. Deliver high-quality Clearance Customer Service by responding to client inquiries and resolving clearance issues efficiently and professionally. Handle Cage operations, ensuring proper documentation, secure processing, and compliance with internal controls. Support Cross Border Custom Clearance procedures (face-to-face and online), ensuring full adherence to customs regulations and company policies. Identify and resolve anomalies using established rules and procedures; escalate complex issues to senior team members as appropriate. Collaborate with Supply Chain Solutions & Engineering teams to optimize clearance processes and improve service delivery. Ensure all Clearance Regulatory and Admin activities are carried out in line with internal protocols and external legal requirements. Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Utilize Microsoft Office and general PC skills to prepare reports, maintain records, and support operational tasks with high attention to detail. Preferred candidate profile Have relevant experience in Customs clearance for atleast 5 to 6 years. Customs Regulation. G Card holder.

Job Purpose : To manage and coordinate customs clearance processes efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for import and export consignments. Key Responsibilities: Handle documentation required for customs clearance including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and related documents. Ensure timely clearance of import/export shipments at the port. Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, CHAs, and internal teams for seamless operations. Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with customs and DGFT regulations. Knowledge of tariff classification, duty assessment, and application of exemptions/notifications. Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams for post clearance logistics. Maintain accurate records of customs clearance transactions. Address and resolve queries raised by customs or other authorities. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and compliance standards. Support internal/external audits related to customs clearance operations. Required Qualifications: Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or International Trade) Valid G Card Holder Certification in Customs Clearance / Export-Import Management is an added advantage Age below 35 years Experience: 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, preferably with a CHA or logistics firm Experience in both air and sea import and export cargo clearance. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of customs procedures, HS codes, and EDI systems Effective communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office and customs software platforms

The candidate will be responsible for filing documents with customs, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring timely clearance of cargo.
