Furnace Production Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Furnace Production Manager to supervise and coordinate daily furnace operations, ensuring smooth production, safety, and quality control in a steel/rolling mill environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control furnace temperature and melting process
• Ensure daily production targets are met
• Supervise furnace operators and production staff
• Maintain quality standards during melting and pouring
• Prepare production and shift reports
• Coordinate with maintenance team for any breakdown
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials (scrap, sponge iron, etc.)
• Implement safety practices and minimize wastage
• Improve furnace efficiency and reduce energy consumption

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of furnace operations (Induction/EAF/Blast)
• Team handling & shift supervision
• Knowledge of metallurgy and production planning
• Troubleshooting skills in case of process deviation
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge
• Experience: 8 to 10 Years
