Position Purpose 2S BS IT Sunrise ADM team needs to hire resources to work on the projects approved by user to ensure the projects are completed on time without any impacts to user. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities To constantly review and ensure that the technical quality of the application is of sufficient quality, ensure any issues are scheduled to be fixed. To be aware of non-functional requirements, ensure that implemented code is robust, maintainable, secure and efficient. To ensure technical documentation is created as appropriate, technical documentation should exist for all tasks or group of tasks over a certain level of complexity. To analyse and review technical specifications/implementations. To work through the backlog of tasks as appropriate. To clarify precisely what actions the program is intended to perform when there is ambiguity To devise solutions to problems To work as a team to design and develop parts of the system To be aware of the business domain the software is being created for To follow technical architecture standards where applicable To work closely with testers and business analysts to ensure software functions as expected To be involved in support if a major problem in production arises To participate in out-of-hours / daytime support as required To escalate risks / issues to IT management. Designing an Enterprise Class Structure for the application. Workflow Design and understanding of tools capabilities. Internal/External Services Integration. Contributing Responsibilities Able to prepare the status reports for weekly updates with stakeholders Communication with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, End-users, and various teams like Higher Management, Development, Systems, Support, Implementation etc. Able to prepare the technical and functional documents for the project activities. Contribute towards innovation, suggest new technical practices to be investigated Contribute towards initiatives to improve processes and delivery Technical & Behavioral Competencies PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) ( Mandatory ) Have hands on experience in PEGA V 7.1 or higher versions. ( Mandatory ) Nice to have PEGA Upgrade experience. SQL (Building Stored procedures, writing functions, complex queries, etc). Knowledge of any defect management tool (optional) Soft Skills and Additional Requirements: Must be able to work closely with end users and developers Expected to work in European Business hours (Holidays and weekends) Willing to improve functional knowledge and technical skills Strong organization and prioritization skills. Pragmatic approach to problem solving. Effective communication with all stakeholders/teams. Specific Qualifications (if required) Years Of Exp: 3+ years Qualification: B.E. (IT/ Comp. Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis practices and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT, software, or product environment. Hands-on experience with requirement gathering , process documentation , and user story creation . Proficient in JIRA , Confluence , Microsoft Office Suite , and wireframing tools (Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC. Ability to collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Azure DevOps . Experience in Fintech , Payments , or Banking domains is a plus. Ability to perform data analysis using Excel or basic SQL.
