Job description

Role & responsibilities:

. Should know Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Full Stack concepts.

. Proficiency in Database concepts and application development.

. Must have practical and theoretical knowledge to train candidates effectively.

. The ability to create course materials and project-based content to engage students.

. **Prior teaching or training experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

. Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack Development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies.

. Teach core Java, advanced Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

. Cover front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Node.js.

. Educate on database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.

Curriculum Development:

. Develop and update training materials, including course content, assignments, projects, and assessments.

. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.

Practical Guidance:

. Guide students in developing real-world projects to reinforce their learning.

. Help participants understand the integration of front-end, back-end, and database technologies.

Student Mentorship:

. Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments.

. Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one mentoring to help students achieve their learning goals.

Collaboration:

. Work closely with the academic and placement teams to align training with job market requirements.

. Conduct mock interviews and provide career guidance to students.

Workshops & Seminars:

. Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and bootcamps on Full Stack Development.

Administrative Duties:

. Maintain detailed records of student attendance, assignments, and performance.

. Prepare periodic reports on training outcomes.

Desired Skills:

. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.

. Team-oriented, innovative mindset with strong teaching and mentoring skills.

. Should possess communication skills (Both Written & Spoken English).

. Passion for technology and the ability to simplify complex topics.

Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular.

Back-End: Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Hibernate.

Database: MySQL, MongoDB.

DevOps Basics: CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins.

Additional Skills:

Version control (Git/GitHub), Agile methodologies, and debugging.

Preferred candidate profile:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Full Stack Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Java Full Stack Development to students, freshers, and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
