As an AI and Full Stack Technical Lead, you will need the following skills: - 4-7 years of application development experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on designing and writing modular code using ReactJs. - Strong expertise in React JS, Node JS, and Express JS. - Proficiency in Redux/Flux, RxJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON. - In-depth knowledge of web application architecture, design patterns, and front-end technologies. - Understanding of browser, UI framework, and JavaScript engine internals. - Hands-on experience with Sass, CSS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material), and REST API. - Proficiency in Core Python, API Integration, Data Processing, and AI/ML Libraries. - Experience in writing unit and integration test cases, working in agile methodologies, and building responsive UIs. - Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, TFS, VSTS, and GIT. - Knowledge in Azure and devOps pipelines is a plus. Soft Skills required for this role include: - Excellent Communication Skills - Team Player - Self-starter and highly motivated - Ability to handle high-pressure situations - Excellent presentation skills - Collaboration with globally distributed teams Key Responsibilities of the role include: - Understanding existing application architecture and solution design. - Developing engaging, usable, and accessible UI applications/components for the web. - Collaborating with architects, leads, and team members in an agile scrum environment. - Prioritizing UX and building excellent UIs. - Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. - Mentoring junior and mid-level developers. - Reviewing code, establishing best practices, and staying updated with the latest technologies.
