Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript , ensuring pixel-perfect UI implementation and responsive design. Build scalable backend systems using CodeIgniter (PHP) for API development, database integration, and server-side functionalities. Design and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN Stack ( MongoDB, Node.js, Next.js ), ensuring performance and security best practices. Develop advanced web applications using Next.js with a focus on Server-Side Rendering (SSR) , Static Site Generation (SSG) , API Routes , and SEO optimization . Manage deployment processes for both CodeIgniter and Next.js projects using Vercel , Linux-based shared/cloud servers , or CI/CD pipelines . Collaborate closely with designers, QA, and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into production-ready modules. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization , performing regular code reviews and implementing best practices. Write clean, scalable, and modular code with proper documentation, using Git for version control and collaboration. Mentor junior & Intern developers , assign tasks, review code, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining code quality standards. Take technical ownership of features/modules and proactively suggest improvements for better product scalability and maintainability. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap/Tailwind). Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter (PHP) . Strong in JavaScript/ES6+, React.js, Node.js, Next.js . Experience working with MongoDB and RESTful APIs. Good understanding of Next.js including SSR, SSG, and API routes. Familiarity with deployment using Vercel , Heroku , or cPanel/Linux servers .
