Full Stack Trainer

Specializing in full stack technologies, our goal is to cultivate a job-ready generation of developers. We are currently looking for dedicated and passionate trainers to take on the role of leading our Python Full Stack Development programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on the Django framework for backend development and React.js for frontend development. Your responsibilities will include conducting engaging training sessions, guiding learners through full stack projects, delivering industry-relevant content, supporting students with assignments and interview preparation, updating training materials, and providing personalized guidance to track student progress. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct structured training sessions on Python with Django for backend and React.js for frontend development. - Guide learners through full stack projects from start to finish. - Deliver content in a project-based, industry-relevant manner. - Assist students with assignments, capstone projects, and interview preparation. - Update training materials to align with current industry practices. - Monitor student progress and offer personalized guidance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Python and Django framework. - Strong knowledge of React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL. - Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. - Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous. - Genuine passion for facilitating student growth. Nice to Have: - Exposure to deployment platforms like Heroku, Render, or Vercel. - Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub and API testing tools such as Postman. - Ability to teach additional concepts like Docker, Firebase, or Cloud basics.
