Full Stack Developer (React + Node)

Wissen Technology is currently seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to become a valuable member of our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, with a primary emphasis on server-side development utilizing Node.js. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of AWS, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices, along with proficiency in caching strategies and experimentation frameworks. Being prepared to contribute to intricate projects and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment is essential for this role. The successful candidate should have 9 to 12 years of experience and be based in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Server-Side Development: - Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js. - Implement and manage AWS services to facilitate scalable and secure application architecture. - Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning. - Front-End Development: - Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js to ensure a smooth user experience. - Integrate front-end with server-side logic for cohesive, dynamic web applications. - Experimentation & Caching: - Implement and manage experimentation frameworks for A/B testing and feature rollouts. - Design and implement caching strategies utilizing Redis to enhance application performance. - CI/CD & Version Control: - Utilize GitHub for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated deployment processes. - Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance and maintain the CI/CD workflow. Optional Skills: - Script writing and application development using Python as required. - Working with CloudFront edge functions to optimize content delivery. - Utilizing Growth book or similar tools for data-driven experimentation to drive growth. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Node.js for server-side development. - Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure. - Experience with React.js for front-end development. - Familiarity with experimentation frameworks. - Knowledge of caching mechanisms, especially Redis. - Expertise in utilizing Terraform for infrastructure management. - Proficiency in GitHub and CI/CD pipeline management. Nice to Have: - Experience with CloudFront edge functions. - Familiarity with Growth book or similar experimentation tools. - Proficiency in Python programming.
