Full Stack Developer

At Facctum, we're creating innovative, secure, and scalable web applications that empower organizations in a data-driven world We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React js and Node js to join our collaborative development team This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with a strong foundation in front-end and back-end JavaScript technologies, relational databases, and basic AWS services Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust front-end applications using React js Build and maintain scalable back-end services with Node js and Express Integrate front-end and back-end components using RESTful APIs Implement responsive, performant UIs with reusable components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Manage and optimize relational databases (eg , PostgreSQL, MySQL) Work with MongoDB and ensure smooth data integration with RDBMS where needed Deploy and monitor applications using basic AWS services (e , EC2, S3, CloudWatch) Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in JavaScript development, cloud, and web security Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with React js and Node js expertise Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Strong experience with Redux or other state management tools Familiarity with RESTful API architecture Solid understanding of front-end build tools (eg, Webpack, Babel) Proficient with Git and version control workflows Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and experience with MongoDB Working knowledge of AWS services used in deployment and monitoring Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Preferred (Nice To Have) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools Familiarity with Docker or containerization tools Understanding of security best practices for web applications Familiarity with WebSockets
