Front Office Executive

Job Title: Front Office Executive Location: Esquire Computers, Mannath Lane, MG Road, Thrissur Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Executive to join our team . As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer relationship maintenance, and maintaining a professional work environment.2 yr experience in similiar field Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Mon to Sat) key Responsibilities: · Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. · Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical problems related to desktops, laptops, and printers, and provide solutions or escalate to service engineers as needed. · Service Coordination: Coordinate with service engineers to ensure timely and effective resolutions to technical issues. · Follow-up and Feedback: Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction and provide feedback to service engineers and management. · Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, updating databases, and generating reports. Requirements : · Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills · Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and resolve customer complaints. · Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects · Team work: Ability to work collaboratively with service engineers, management, and other team members.
