Hospitality - Front Office domain

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and practical training sessions as per the curriculum (NSQF Level 4 Front Office Associate or equivalent).
Train students on key competencies: front desk operations, customer handling, check-in/check-out procedures, telephone etiquettes, guest relations, and service standards.
Ensure daily training schedules are followed and sessions are interactive, activity-based, and outcome-oriented.
Use training aids, demonstrations, and industry examples to enhance learning effectiveness.
Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, role plays, and mock interviews to evaluate learner understanding and job readiness.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
Provide grooming, communication, and soft skills coaching to ensure students are employable.
Coordinate with placement and mobilization teams to ensure smooth transition of learners from training to employment.
Encourage discipline, motivation, and confidence among trainees.
Participate in TOTs, refresher training, and curriculum upgradation workshops as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a recognized institute.
Experience:

Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in front office operations in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, guest houses, etc.)
At least 1 year of experience in training or teaching is preferred.
