Front-End Engineer

• Is passionate about front-end technologies
• Enjoys shaping and enhancing customer experiences
• Has hands-on experience in building complex web applications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with full-stack and front-end developers to design, architect, develop, and maintain progressive web applications
• Work closely with UX/UI Designers to implement and iterate on product designs
• Interact with product and engineering teams; contribute to feature/functionality design
• Build efficient, reusable front-end systems and abstractions
• Write beautiful, well-tested, high-performance code
• Conduct performance tuning, testing, usability checks, and automation
• Participate in agile development processes to ensure delivery of polished, user-friendly products

Desired Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience in JavaScript application development
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks:

• Preferred:

  React.js

• Also Accepted:

  Angular, Vue.js, Ember.js
• Deep understanding of

  HTML

  and

  CSS

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript practices including:
• ES6, Redux, Redux-Saga
• TypeScript, Webpack
• Knowledge of web and application security is a plus
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
