Front End Developers

In this role, you will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages you to perform at your best and challenges you to engineer elegant solutions for complex business problems. You will actively participate in ongoing new feature/architecture designs and product enhancements. Your ability to quickly learn complex concepts and utilize your extensive experience and knowledge to identify areas for improvement will be key to success. You will be responsible for creating cross-browser, fully functional web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while strictly adhering to accessibility and W3C web standards. Experience with Object-Oriented JavaScript, including JQuery, AJAX, and Mobile, is required. A strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices is essential, along with experience in multiple JavaScript frameworks such as BackboneJS, UnderscoreJS, NodeJS, and AngularJS. Your role will also involve building a JS framework, understanding backend development, collaborating with developers, product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to support site operations and meet project deadlines, as well as troubleshooting and resolving code issues. As a Front End Developer, your responsibilities will include developing clean, simple, effective, and exceptional customer experiences. You will demonstrate your knowledge of the backend to work with the engineering team to ensure cohesiveness, play an integral part in the platform's long-term look and feel, translate user needs and business requirements into amazing user experiences, and work with the latest technologies to help grow our company.,
