Role Description

Front Desk Receptionist – Masha Art Gallery (Taj Mansingh Hotel, New Delhi)

Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism
Provide basic information about the gallery, ongoing exhibitions, and artists
Maintain a visitor log and accurately note down contact details for follow-ups
Coordinate with the sales and management team for client queries or appointments
Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in English
Presentable, confident, and client-friendly demeanor
