We are hiring a Front desk Operations (Receptionist) for our dermatologist-led clinic in Noida (metro-connected, walking distance). This is an exciting opportunity for a smart, motivated female candidate looking to grow in the field of aesthetic dermatology. Key Responsibilities: Manage reception duties : Schedule appointments and follow-ups, maintain patient profiles, dispense medicines, handle billing and leads, maintain stock and daily reports, collect feedback, and handle irate clients. Thorough knowledge about all available services for handling patient queries Operate basic Excel , computer, and drive if needed Create treatment packages beneficial for both client and clinic, handle cross-selling , and offer discounts . Willing to learn in assisting doctor-led procedures, facials and lasers.
