Site MEP Lead; responsible for all Engineering related functions at the property
- Customer focused and proactive approach
- Ensuing that electricity, water supply is constant and no disruption - Ensure that all equipment and facilities are always operational (e.g. lifts, Gym, pool, etc.) and there is no inconvenience to customers - Compliance with Govt norms - Meet customers in case of escalations - Maintenance and AMC management for lifts, STP, DG, Fire Life Safety infrastructure, etc. and all critical equipment - Undertake small repair and refurbishment projects as needed - Preventive Maintenance planning and implementation - Vendor management - Budget control - Energy conservation and sustainability - Coordination with internal stakeholders like Procurement, Accounts, Site Hospitality team - PR/PO

- Vendor payments
-Any other task as directed by Property Manager, Site GM, CAM Central Desk
