Front Desk Executive ( FDE ) for Zoo road showroom

Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and presentable Front Desk Executive to be the face of our esteemed jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Assamese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle basic administrative tasks and documentation
• Maintain customer appointment records and assist with scheduling
• Provide product/service information when needed
• Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or front-desk software is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
