Job Title: Coding Instructor (Offline & Online) – Kids (Ages 6–16)

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and tech-savvy Coding Instructors to teach programming and digital skills to children aged 6–16 years. The role involves delivering structured and creative coding sessions both online and offline, making learning fun and accessible for young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons using block-based (e.g., Scratch) and/or text-based (e.g., Python, HTML/CSS) programming tools.
• Conduct offline and/or online classes as per the scheduled timetable.
• Customize teaching strategies for different age groups and learning paces.
• Encourage students to think creatively, solve problems, and build real-world projects.
• Monitor and report student progress; maintain class records and feedback logs.
• Coordinate with the curriculum and support team to enhance session quality.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Freshers and final-year students with strong coding skills and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Scratch, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about technology and child development.
• Comfortable using digital tools for online teaching (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and keep young learners engaged.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with platforms like Code.org, MIT App Inventor, Tynker, etc.
• Exposure to basic robotics, game development, or animation tools.
• Familiarity with child pedagogy or classroom management techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
