About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Franchise Executive to join our team. This role involves end-to-end franchise

lead management—from cold calling to final conversion and assigning prospects to the respective Point of Contact (POC).

You'll play a vital role in expanding Zepto’s franchise network by identifying, nurturing, and closing potential franchisee

leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage cold leads; convert them into warm prospects through structured calling efforts.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and drive leads toward successful franchise conversion.
• Assign qualified leads to respective POCs for further discussion and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and progress in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the franchise and operations team for smooth partner onboarding.
• Ensure timely communication with prospects and assist them with required documentation and information.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads efficiently.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or franchise development is a plus.
