FP&A -Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Collaborate in the preparation of central financial budgets and coordinate cost planning across international institutions.
  
• Align budgets with institutional agreements and group financial timelines.
  
• Confirm student recruitment targets and related cost drivers for each business unit.
  

Forecasting & Performance Management

• Assist in generating rolling forecasts for commercial cost centres.
  
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and ensure they are incorporated into financial outlooks.
  

Revenue Recharges & Financial Transactions

• Oversee monthly commercial recharge processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Act as a financial liaison between central functions and institutional stakeholders.
  

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and consolidate financial and recruitment performance data.
  
• Analyse trends and provide insight-driven recommendations for performance improvement.
  
• Present financial data through visual tools such as charts, dashboards, and presentations.
  

Business Case & Investment Analysis

• Assist in the development of business cases for strategic projects and evaluate financial viability.
  
• Monitor capital expenditures and ensure compliance with budget and capitalization policies.
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support the presentation of budget proposals and engage with stakeholders to secure approvals.
  
• Address financial queries and ensure alignment across global teams.
  

Ad-Hoc & Strategic Contributions

• Support ongoing finance initiatives and provide analytical input on strategic planning.
  
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
