Key Responsibilities:. Conceptualize and build an AI-powered Digital Content OS from the ground up.. Gain deep insights into digital content workflows and integrate them into the product.. Collaborate with the founding engineering team to build backend systems and contribute to early technical decisions.. Work with a lean team to rapidly develop and deliver MVPs across different modules.. Hands-on coding and developmentthis is NOT a hands-off leadership role.. Key Qualifications:. 3-5 years of relevant hands-on coding experience is mandatory.. Hands-on experience building products using LLMs this is a must-have, not optional.. Proven experience as a backend engineer, ideally with experience integrating LLMs, APIs, and scalable infra.. Strong background in building AI-first applications, particularly leveraging LLMs like OpenAI.. Experience with serverless architectures, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).. Deep understanding of scalable architectures and performance optimization.. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure..
