About the Role:

We are hiring for the Founder's Office to work directly with our CXOs and Founders, serving as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across key areas of the business. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and wants to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of India’s space-tech revolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment and execution on company-level initiatives across engineering, business, and operations.
• Act as a force multiplier to the CEO/Founders by managing priorities, preparing strategic briefs, and supporting decision-making.
• Lead high-impact projects such as fundraising, investor relations, new product rollouts, and regulatory engagements.
• Synthesize market intelligence, draft memos, and create compelling presentations for key internal and external meetings.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve internal velocity and communication.
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders including investors, customers, and government agencies.
• Track organizational metrics, OKRs, and dashboards to ensure accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, startups, VC, or Founder's Office/strategy roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proven track record of independently driving cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in deep-tech, aerospace, defense, or space-tech sectors.
• Familiarity with regulatory and policy frameworks or government interfacing.
• Ability to work seamlessly across product, business, and policy functions.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong stakeholder management skills.
