Job Title: Product & Tool Design Engineer - Cold Forging Fasteners Location: Chittoor Experience: 2 -8 Years Department: Design & Development / NPD Job Description: The candidate should be proficient in CAD software and capable of independently handling New Product Development (NPD) based on customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer drawings and develop product designs , process layouts, tool and gauge designs accordingly. Execute NPD trials to validate part design and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Design tools and dies for cold forging operations and fastener manufacturing. Prepare detailed 2D & 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks . Support cross-functional teams (Production, QA, and Tool Room) during trial runs and tooling improvements . Ensure the feasibility and manufacturability of designs while maintaining quality and cost efficiency . Design and develop tooling for new products and assist with product drawings and approvals . Plan and execute APQP activities , prepare project timelines, handle change management, and escalate issues when necessary. Work with vendors and suppliers to adopt new technologies, materials, and cost-effective solutions. Participate in continuous improvement projects , engineering change activities, and process upgrades. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of cold forging process and tooling design . Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks . Good understanding of manufacturing processes , tolerances, and material behavior. Ability to interpret and work from customer engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving and project execution skills. Qualifications: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Tool Engineering. 2 - 8 years of Experience in T ool and product design for cold forged fasteners . Experience in NPD trials and customer-based product validation is a plus.

Purpose of the role : The incumbent will be responsible for purchasing electrical and mechanical spares, tooling, and consumables for the Flange, Forging, and CNC plant. Role & Responsibility: Sourcing New Vendors, Suppliers, Transporters (Logistics) Sending Enquiries, negotiating, preparing comparative, PO placement, etc. Knowledge of SAP. Checking purchase orders and get approval then send it to supplier Follow-up with suppliers, stores for delivery of material Checking Availability and maintain data of materials Developing new vendors for cost cutting

Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2. Experience: 2 - 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a submersible pump manufacturing company. 3. Hands-on Experience: Experience in purchasing castings, bought-out items, machining parts, and plastic parts. 5. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
