Getting Government Approvals Quickly: You make sure all the necessary permissions from government bodies are tracked and received within deadlines. These permissions might be from departments like PESO (for explosive safety), NHAI (for highways), MoRTH, Forest Dept, District offices, etc. Coordination with Teams: Work closely with Business Development Managers (SBDMs/NDMs), site owners (LOI holders), and the internal SCO (construction) team to follow up on approval progress. Help all these teams stay aligned and resolve any issues delaying approvals. Liaising with Authorities: Act as the companys representative while dealing with government offices and officials to build rapport and get approvals faster. This includes physically visiting authorities or helping LOI holders when they go. Tracking & Documentation: Maintain a digital record (MIS database) of all applications, approvals, and status updates for easy reference and audit. Also track when licenses are due for renewal and issue timely alerts. Drawings & Engineering Coordination: Make sure required documents like drawings from the Engineering team are prepared and shared with government departments on time. Supporting Site Selection: Assist the Real Estate (RE) team in selecting land for new outlets. After selection, guide the process of getting approvals for that land. Vendor Management (TPSPs): Work with Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) who help with paperwork and approvals. Track their work, ensure they’re paid on time, and resolve any issues they face.

The Active Directory Architect , is expected to be a subject matter expert that will have global responsibility for the design, configuration and maintenance of the Identity/Active Directory environment. The key responsibilities include – Work with stakeholders in different geographies to collect business and technical requirements and support design / delivery of enterprise level solutions.
