Footwear Sales Assistant

As an authorized franchisee for leading shoe brands such as "Skechers" and "New Balance", we bring top-notch products to our customers across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Since our establishment in June 2018, our growth has been remarkable, expanding from two stores to a network of 17 outlets with a dedicated team of 140 staff members. Your role will involve greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in finding the perfect shoe for their needs, and providing expert advice on sizing, fitting, and style selection. Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends and understanding the features and benefits of all shoes in the store will be essential. You will also be responsible for processing sales transactions, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting in training new employees. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: - 1+ years of footwear sales experience - Excellent customer service skills - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers effectively - Help customers with sizing, fitting, and style selection - Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge - Provide honest and helpful advice - Upsell additional items like socks, insoles, and laces - Process sales transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization - Assist in employee training - Handle customer complaints professionally - Provide product knowledge and care instructions - Recommend styles based on customer preferences - Demonstrate walking in different shoe styles - Sell accessories to complement shoe purchases Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven footwear sales experience - Ability to work independently and in a team - Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent - Track record of achieving sales goals This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is on day shifts with performance and yearly bonuses. You must be able to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana. Experience in footwear sales is preferred, and proficiency in English is a plus. Day shift availability is preferred for this in-person role.
