It will be essential for you to manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will implement health and safety regulations, analyze sales data for improvement opportunities, and coordinate with other departments for seamless event planning. Your qualifications must include proven leadership experience in the food and beverage sector, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
