Food and Beverage Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and responsible Staff Member to handle the day-to-day operations of a Burger and Wraps brand franchise. The role includes cooking, food preparation, cleaning, packing, customer service, and coordination with food delivery partners. Key Responsibilities:   Prepare and cook burgers, wraps, and other items as per standard recipes   Handle daily cleaning of the kitchen and food preparation areas   Pack food orders neatly and accurately for delivery and takeaway   Serve customers politely at the counter and handle dine-in orders   Coordinate with food delivery partners (like Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) for order pickups   Manage inventory of ingredients and notify for restocking   Follow hygiene, food safety, and quality standards   Assist in opening/closing duties and maintain order at the outlet Requirements:   Minimum 10th pass (preferred)   Experience in QSR / café / kitchen work is an advantage (training can be provided)   Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)   Punctual, disciplined, and physically fit   Willingness to work in a fast-paced food environment Job Highlights:   Full-time role (rotational shifts if required)   Salary + Meals + Incentives (as applicable)   Friendly working environment   Training will be provided   Immediate joining preferred
