Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time UI / UX Developer with strong proficiency in various tools. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our development team, contributing to the creation and maintenance of our clients websites. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in frontend development and a deep understanding of modern and creative design.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Conduct user research, including user testing and feedback analysis, to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Develop high-quality, responsive, and accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and design standards across all digital products.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design and front-end development skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
