Key Responsibilities: Supervising and Training Staff: Hiring, training, and coaching retail staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards. Managing Daily Operations: Overseeing daily tasks, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively. Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating restocking, and maintaining merchandise displays. Sales and Promotions: Collaborating with management to implement sales strategies and promotions, and ensuring sales targets are met. Store Presentation: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Performance Management: Monitoring staff performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback and coaching. Health and Safety: Ensuring the store meets health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. Reporting: Providing regular updates to store management on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
